Job Opening A reputable and leading Bakery in Erbil, Iraq is looking for an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to prepare a variety of deserts, pastries and other sweet goods, such as croissants, muffins, cookies, Viennese pastries, Danish pastries, pies, cakes, doughnuts, biscuits, petit fours, and other pastries. Job Requirements: • Minimum experience 12 years working as an executive pastry chef, preparing and baking a variety of pastries, rolls and/or other baked goods • Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately and ability to maintain high quality control standards • Experience in supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control • Knowledge of maintenance and care of equipment, supplies, and materials • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to train and develop skills of Pastry section team members • Experience in cost control This position is open for all nationalities.
