The parliamentary group « Change & Reform » was created upon the alliance that took place during 2005 parliamentary elections. Alliance was between Free Patriotic Movement, Popular Group of Zahler lead by MP Elias Skaff, and Tachnag Party. 21 MPs are members of this group representing the regions of Zahle, Metn, Kesrouan and Jbeil.
The Group has regular weekly meetings on Monday at General Aoun residence in Rabieh. A statement is issued after such meetings.
Group has its head office in Jdeideh (Chalet Suisse road) and has MP Ibrahim Kanaan as general Secretary. Media bureau is led by Mr. Youssef El Andari. Its main job is to prepare weekly statements as well as the Daily Report. This report is sent to Group President, MPs, FPM management and media institutions. It reflects key positions taken by the Group about latest subjects. .
