The parliamentary group « Change & Reform » was created upon the alliance that took place during 2005 parliamentary elections. The group is currently formed by the Free Patriotic Movement, Tachnag Party, "El Marada" movement and the Democratic Party. 27 MPs are members of this group representing the regions of Metn, Beirut, Kesrouan Jbeil, Jezzine, Baabda, Aley, Baalbeck Hermel, Zgharta.
The Group has regular weekly meetings on Wednesdays at General Aoun residence in Rabieh. A statement is issued after such meetings.
Group has its head office in Jdeideh (Chalet Suisse road) and has MP Ibrahim Kanaan as general Secretary. Media bureau is led by Mr. Youssef El Andari. Its main job is to prepare weekly statements as well as the Daily Report. This report is sent to Group President, MPs, FPM management and media institutions. It reflects key positions taken by the Group about latest subjects. .
