A leading manufacturing company specializing in confectionaries is looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager for firm in Russia. The main purpose of the Maintenance Manager will be to coordinate the maintenance activities, to maintain the production equipment and to implement a preventive and corrective site maintenance plan. He will be reporting to the General Manager. ◦Maintenance experience in industrial food manufacturing is a must. Job Description The role of Maintenance Manager in Russia will include but not be limited to the following: Operations/ Technical know-how professional •Managing and coordinating the maintenance teams •Managing the maintenance means and resources •Establishing and monitoring the indicators relating to maintenance activities •Guaranteeing the availability of equipment on a daily basis •Establishing preventive maintenance programmes •Guaranteeing the curative maintenance of equipment and intervening in technical assistance in an expert capacity •Guaranteeing the quality of the maintenance services and industrial activities with regard to the quality standards Relational / management know-how •Being able to anticipate problems (machine breakdowns, etc.) •Managing the maintenance technicians: helping with problem solving in the field, participating in the recruitment of operators with drivers, integrating new employees, passing on the necessary know-how, evaluating skills and training requirements •Setting targets for improvement and monitoring the results •Guaranteeing compliance with the health and safety rules and the application of procedures •Organizing and coordinating information meetings with the team as a whole To apply , please email your CV to msc@makgum.ru

The Successful Applicant should have the following: •Must be currently working/previously worked as Maintenance Manager or senior mechanical engineer. •Must be familiar with preventative maintenance programmes •Must have carried out corrective maintenance, anticipating problems, machine breakdown analysis, overhauls, modifications •Must have experience in industrial food manufacturing •Must be good in Arabic, English ( and Russian will be an added value) •Educated to Degree level, ideally in Mechanical Engineering •Should have experience in putting processes and strategies in place
